We are a team of experienced pet care providers, who share a passion for working with animals and genuinely like working with one another. We prioritize:

  • Doing things the "right way"
  • Ensuring our businesses are performing, growing and profitable

Pet care is a hospitality business. We want all of our customers to be treated well and courteously, like at a first class hotel (but a friendly one). Every client is important.

Maintaining a positive example is key in our business. It's about focusing on and competently completing your work responsibilities. If you're seen engaging in activities unrelated to work, it can cast a negative light not just on you, but also on our team's overall dynamic.
